End of the Web 2.0 Bubble

We’re calling it now. It’s the top. The end of the Web 2.0 frenzy.
 
Our reasoning? High oil? Surging inflation? Devaluing dollar? No. Not even that fancy.
 
Someone’s moving into the Excite@Home campus on 101. Yeah, that big fancy set of buildings on 101 in Redwood City. The last time someone occupied those buildings it marked the top of the Internet bubble. They were empty and dormant for over 5 years.
 
That’s right, top of the market ma!

    It aint da \’soft. The new tenants have already moved into one building. They just haven\’t put their sign up yet.
